Adjective Art Trade I

We lead community art trades and spread knowledge for communities to create their own.  The value of artwork in the commercial world is associated with size, medium, provenance, and who your friends are. This trade allows us to barter our work without the impact of art market values. This work is creating a framework for how to trade artwork in a way that does not replicate the ills of the art system that feels at best stagnant and at worst alienating and oppressive. We have facilitated over 50 artist participants with our main organizer Becs Epstein and many volunteers.
